The Gold Kidney Difference
Gold Kidney Health Plan is a Medicare Advantage organization with Special Needs Plans specializing in serving individuals with chronic conditions that lead to kidney failure, such as diabetes, heart failure, and cardiovascular conditions.
Our goal is to improve the health and delay the disease progression of our members by facilitating the choices for starting on dialysis, receiving a kidney transplant, and/or continuing to live the desired quality of life.
Getting Started...
New Agents
To begin the onboarding process, you must submit a contracting request. You can submit a request by:
- Completing the 'Get Contracted with Gold Kidney' form (click here) via the Gold Kidney Health Plan website, OR
- Sending an email to contracting@goldkidney.com with your name, NPN, email address and Upline name (if applicable).
Existing Agents
You will receive a recertification email with instructions to access the Certification Case in EvolveNXT (Subject: Gold Kidney 2025 Recertification and Training).

Agents must be certified each year to sell Gold Kidney Health Plan MAPD plans and be individually appointed by Gold Kidney Health Plan. Agents are also required to maintain active license status.

Gold Kidney Health Plan utilizes EvolveNXT to deliver our annual onboarding and certification. We have designed a streamlined and simple process to get you certified and ready to sell.

Agents must import their America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) certification.

Agents must receive a score of 85% or higher to pass and are allowed 4 attempts to pass the certification exam.
